Mount Fitzgerald
Mount Fitzgerald is one of those places that you always say "we need to ride that one day" but it seems to get forgotten because it is a good 30 minutes south of Bentonville, closer to Fayetteville. But you need to add this to your list, it was a lot of fun. The center of the system has one trail called "The Best Trail Ever" and though it was a pretty strong billing, that trail did not disappoint. There are a few really interesting features including a large wooden feature that we opted not to try on this ride.
We left a few miles back on the table, but I could easily see us coming back again in the future to ride this again and explore some of the parts that we missed.

Little Sugar
Little Sugar is a massive trail network in Bella Vista, AR. Close to the Back 40, it has many of the same types of trails and features. This is very much an "up and down" trail, if you are not a fan of climbing then don't put this one on your short list. The "downs" don't have the kind of typical downhill runs that you will find in Bentonville, so if you are looking for jumps and tabletops on your way to the bottom, you will not find them here. This is all about distance and endurance.

Devil's Den State Park
Devil's Den is a great stop on the way up to Bentonville. It's situated a few miles south of Fayetteville, putting it about an hour south of Bentonville. The park is old school trails that were well-built and well maintained. Lots of rocks and extensive features will keep you interested.

Glorieta Adventure Camp - Glorieta, NM
This is a big trail network down south of Santa Fe and there is a ton to ride here. Be sure to bring your climbing legs because if you want to take advantage of all of the great downhill opportunity, you're gonna need to climb up to get there.
We only rode one small section and a mechanical (my crank arm breaking) caused us to do an abbreviated out and back. The views were tremendous and the trail was well maintained. It was a lot like Rocky Hill - sandy and pine trees - but with a ton of elevation. There were also spots that reminded me of RHR. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other trails in the network.
