This is part of a multi-purpose park and greenbelt system in San Antonio. Some of the trail is actually paved (as a running trail), but there are areas of single track. The city is in acquisition mode; some of the trail has been built out and there is a plan to continue to add to the system, putting more miles on the trail over time.
Location: San Antonio, TX
Directions: North Loop 1604 between NW Military and Bitters, park at Barbara Blattmann Elementary
Technical Level: Medium to high
Length: Only a few miles but it continues to expand
Trails: Jeep, single track, parallel the creek, runs inside 1604 and out, inside runs all the way to West ave, new city development in between , outside runs along creek toward La Cantera, and Quarry's
