This is not your regular IPA. It was poured in a snifter and had a hazy amber/rust color with a thick, long lasting head and nice lacing. The aroma was a strong floral scent with some citrus. This IPA was more about the aroma and hop taste, not so much about the hop bitterness. It had a surprisingly mild and smooth bitterness considering the strong aroma. Being a cask conditioned beer, it was not heavily carbonated and had a medium to heavy body feel in the mouth. I would definitely order this again on the first round and probably take a growler with me the next time.
